What helps you with your mental wellbeing?

Bracknell Forest Council and Slough Borough Council are working together to understand what affects the mental wellbeing of children and young people, what interventions are most effective and how access and provision can be improved.

NHS South, Central and West is supporting with undertaking an exploratory exercise to gain insight into interventions supporting mental wellbeing available for children and young people across Bracknell Forest and Slough.

As part of the exercise, they want to hear from individuals aged 13 – 18 and parents/carers of children and young people under the age of 18, to capture their experiences and what is important to them in relation to their or their child’s mental wellbeing.
