WHAT IS 20/20?
The 20/20 Programme builds upon cross organisational cooperation, representing leadership across the Frimley Health and Care System. The most innovative clinicians and managers across the clinical, social care, military, education, public health system are currently involved.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This is open to all clinicians and managers across the clinical, social care, military, local government, voluntary sector, charity, community, fire and educational settings - across the Frimley Health and Care footprint.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Spread over 6/7 months there are residential and day events, workshops, coaching sessions, action learning sets and presentations from inspirational speakers across a wide variety of very relevant areas that link into our System.
